Store Policies

Deliveries and Pickups: E TOP FLOORING  is restricted to curbside deliveries ONLY. Any deliveries done otherwise has to be agreed upon payment. Any claims for shortage or damages must be noted at time of delivery. No claims will be allowed after the order has been delivered, picked up and signed for. Buyer is solely responsible for loading and securing the product. Buyer release waive and discharge E TOP Flooring INC and its employees for all liability for, damage, cost, expense or any other loss.

Installation and Measurements: Buyer is responsible for installation, measurements, quantities and final inspection Unless done with E TOP FLOORING. Per instructions, the product must be fully acclimated. Warranty: Only for products sold with the manufacturer's warranty.

Returns and Exchanges: NO RETURNS AFTER 10 days. Restocking fee will be applied as follows: 25% on flooring and accessories. No refunds or returns on special orders. $25 Fee on returned checks. We do not accept open boxes
